SVDG Convenes Leaders in Tech, Finance, Policy for Techno-Security Discussions

Overview

The nature of conflict has changed as the United States pivots towards a new period of continuous competition with geoeconomic adversaries. New sub-kinetic geopolitical conflict demands that the United States maintain its “kinetic” or conventional overmatch while simultaneously developing more effective digital, non-kinetic capabilities by which to project global power. These twin goals are imperiled by tight defense budgets, pressure worsened by Covid-induced spending. This fall, we will bring together key leaders in technology, finance, and policy a roundtables series, to spur dialogue and broader awareness of the techno-security challenges facing the United States and the solutions available to address them.

Next Steps

We are actively recruiting sponsors for this series and confirming our speaker roster. Each of the six roundtables will feature a high-level keynote and five to six diverse authoritative voices on each topic. The audience for these discussions is senior leaders from finance, policy, and innovation.
