Dylan Serrentino-Mullins

Dylan Mullins is Silicon Valley Defense Group’s NatSec100 Fellow. Previously, Dylan served as Director of Operations and managed the day-to-day operations of the nonprofit, including planning and executing strategic events, coordinating operational logistics, managing the organization’s resources, and representing SVDG at events and meetings with partners, sponsors, government officials, and other key stakeholders.
Dylan is a Harry S Truman Scholar and studied Political Science and Economics at Rutgers University-New Brunswick. While at Rutgers, Dylan was an Undergraduate Associate at the Eagleton Institute of Politics, an organization that studies American politics, analyzes how democracy might improve, and promotes political participation.
Dylan also conducted research at Rutgers University into the intersection of technology and public policy. Building upon this research, Dylan co-authored a law review article exploring the relationship between privacy and public policy.
Beginning in the fall of 2024, Dylan will attend Princeton University in pursuit of a Master in Public Affairs. In his spare time, Dylan volunteers as an Emergency Medical Technician at his local first aid and rescue squad.
