Nicholas is a Master’s in Business Administration and Public Policy candidate at the Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School.

After one year at Harvard, Nicholas took a leave of absence and joined Vannevar Labs, an early-stage startup focused on building Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning tools for the U.S. Intelligence Community. While at Vannevar, he helped lead the company’s efforts in the strategic competition space.

Prior to Harvard, Nicholas served as a Marine Corps Ground Intelligence Officer for eight years. He spent his career in the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, focusing primarily on the People’s Liberation Army and the implications of China’s growing military power on U.S. security interests in the Asia-Pacific.

He graduated with Distinction from the United States Naval Academy in 2011 with a BS in Arabic. He was the honor graduate of both the Marine Corps Ground Intelligence Officer Course and the Intelligence and Tactics Instructor Course.
